About the Role Reporting to the Reservations Manager, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Reservations Coordinator to become part of our professional and hard-working team. Working from head office based at Norths Cammeray, the Reservations Coordinator will tend to all incoming enquiries and calls for 3 of our venues! This role is soon to grow and develop with our expanding collective. Joining us means you are part of Norths Collective which includes Norths Cammeray, The Alcott Lane Cove, The Greens North Sydney, The Verandah Beecroft and Seagulls Tweed Heads. Your key priorities will be to: Answering and directing all phone calls and email enquiries in a friendly, professional and efficient manner. Ensuring you have a comprehensive knowledge of promotions and activities including in-house events, social events and corporate functions across our venues. Providing exceptional customer service and assistance to customers. Effectively manage all dining reservations and small corporate and social events at our venues Ensure there is a high level of order in the booking process of small events from initial enquiry to the hand over to in-venue teams. Provide consistent and accurate information to customers. Liaise effectively with management and front of house staff members.
